Adapter with Seal

1¼″–2″ adapter with O-ring seal. Converts 2″ NPT tank openings to accept 1¼″ NPS ERECTA SWITCH components.

1¼″ NPS flange nut. Secures ERECTA SWITCH components to tank wall or bulkhead. Wide flange distributes clamping force.

1¼″ NPS flange nut with integrated O-ring for sealed bulkhead mounting. Includes nut and seal — complete mounting set.

Flange Nut Set (Snap-In)

Miniature flange nut with O-ring seal for snap-in bulkhead mounting. Quick installation for panel-mount applications. 10-pack only.

Chemical Compatibility & Selection Guide

Polypropylene (PP)

Excellent resistance to water, soaps, light acids, and mild alkalis. The standard choice for water treatment, food processing, and general industrial applications. Most economical option.

Acetal (AC)

Engineered for hydrocarbons — gasoline, diesel, hydraulic oil, and lubricants. Not recommended for strong acids or oxidizing agents. Preferred for fuel system and mobile equipment applications.

PVDF Kynar (KR)

Maximum chemical resistance for harsh environments. Handles strong acids, caustics, chlorinated solvents, and high-purity chemical service. Specified for semiconductor, electroplating, and chemical processing.
