ERECTA SWITCH® Floats

Replacement floats for ERECTA SWITCH level switch assemblies. Hollow sphere floats for vertical-mount Series 10 switches and split floats for side-mount Series 15 switches. Precision-aligned internal magnets ensure reliable reed switch actuation at the correct liquid level. Available in Polypropylene, Acetal, and PVDF Kynar.

Chemical Compatibility & Selection Guide

Polypropylene (PP)

Excellent resistance to water, soaps, light acids, and mild alkalis. The standard choice for water treatment, food processing, and general industrial applications. Most economical option.

Acetal (AC)

Engineered for hydrocarbons — gasoline, diesel, hydraulic oil, and lubricants. Not recommended for strong acids or oxidizing agents. Preferred for fuel system and mobile equipment applications.

PVDF Kynar (KR)

Maximum chemical resistance for harsh environments. Handles strong acids, caustics, chlorinated solvents, and high-purity chemical service. Specified for semiconductor, electroplating, and chemical processing.
