The 10-107 is the flange-mount counterpart to the 10-105 relay-housing model — for tanks without threaded ports that also require a relay or control module mounted directly at the level switch. Where the 10-104 provides a receptacle wiring point at a flange mount, the 10-107 replaces that receptacle with the 10-700-H1 Relay Housing, giving the assembly 4.9" (124.46 mm) of enclosed volume above the tank wall for relay mounting, terminal blocks, or signal conditioning electronics.
Flange geometry is identical to the 10-104: hole diameter 1.650" to 2.3" (41.91–58.42 mm), maximum wall thickness 0.312" (7.92 mm). The 10-700-FS flange nut with seal and 10-700-FN flange nut clamp the assembly to the tank wall from outside — no threading, no tapping, no internal access required.
The relay housing manages wiring entry directly; no separate liquid-tight connector is required.
Complete set includes 10-782 magnetic reed switch, 10-700-H1 relay housing, 10-700-FN flange nut, 10-700-FS flange nut w/seal, and 10-700-CS straight connector — all polypropylene. Precision nipple (10-715) ordered separately in 1" increments from 1" to 70".
Minimum CD: 3.0" (76.2 mm). NL = LL − 2.20" (LL − 55.9 mm).

A float level switch like the 10-107-PP is a point-level device: a float rides the liquid and actuates a magnetic reed switch at a set height, giving a simple on/off signal — no power, no firmware, no calibration. "Sensors" usually means continuous measurement (ultrasonic, radar, capacitive). ERECTA SWITCH targets reliable discrete-point control.
The 10-107-PP is used for pump start/stop control, high-level overflow protection, low-level dry-run protection, and tank or reservoir level alarms in OEM equipment. The modular ERECTA SWITCH system is built into laundry, HVAC, water-treatment, hydraulic, and chemical-handling machinery.
Choose the material to match the media: Polypropylene (PP) for general aqueous, acids, and bases; Acetal (AC/Delrin) for solvents, fuels, and hydrocarbons; Kynar PVDF (KR) for aggressive or harsh chemicals. Every ERECTA SWITCH model is offered in all three materials.
The 10-107-PP is point-level — it provides a discrete on/off signal at a set height. For multiple switch points, use a multi-level extended-stem set (2-, 3-, or 4-level) instead of a single continuous sensor.
ERECTA SWITCH offers vertical top-mount, bulkhead, and extended-stem configurations, plus side-mounted single-point models. The mount style is part of the model number — select the configuration that matches your tank geometry.
Point detection is repeatable and mechanical. The trip height on the 10-107-PP is set by the 10-715 Precision Nipple, ordered separately in 1-inch increments (1″–70″), so you place the switch point exactly where the application needs it.
Our engineering team can verify compatibility with your application and chemistry before you order.
