-SS models include two additions over the base model: two slosh shields (10-700-SS) that surround each float to stabilize actuation in turbulent liquid, and a 10-700-WC liquid tight strain relief connector for weatherproof wiring entry. Base models include neither. Slosh shields require a 2″ or larger port opening — not available on 1-1/4″ NPT mount models.
Two-level monitoring through a standard 1-1/4″ NPT tank port using the compact receptacle housing. Installs outside-in — no internal tank access required. The 1-1/4″ thread pulls the assembly into position from outside the tank wall. Polypropylene construction handles corrosive aqueous environments. Specify nipple length to set precise high and low switching points. The receptacle housing keeps the above-tank profile minimal — correct for tight equipment enclosures where the full relay housing does not fit.
Two-level monitoring through a 1-1/4″ NPT port with the full FR ABS relay housing. Same compact 1-1/4″ thread mount as the 10-202 — but adds an integrated relay compartment, wire connection chamber, and cam lock base for direct conduit attachment at the switch. Installs outside-in. Choose the 10-205 when your OEM design routes relay control through the switch housing rather than an external panel, or when the application requires the structural conduit attachment that the relay housing's cam lock provides.
Two-level monitoring for drums, totes, and process tanks with 2″ NPT bungs — compact receptacle housing. The removable 10-700-AS adapter steps from the receptacle's 1-1/4″ NPT threads up to 2″, allowing the extended stem assembly to pass through the bung outside-in with no internal tank access. The 2″ opening accommodates slosh shields when needed — specify the 10-203-SS for turbulent bung-mount applications.

The removable 10-700-AS adapter mounts to the relay housing's 1-1/4″ NPT threads and the assembly threads into the 2″ tank bung — outside-in, no internal access needed. The relay housing consolidates switching, relay logic, and conduit attachment into a single bung-mount unit. Choose the 10-206 over the 10-203 when relay control must be housed at the tank rather than routed to an external panel.
The 10-206 fully accessorized — relay housing, slosh shields, and liquid tight connector in one bung-mount assembly. The most complete self-contained two-level control unit in the 2″ adapter group: handles mounting, on-board relay logic, float stabilization, and weatherproof wiring from a single 2″ NPT bung. The correct choice for agitated bung-mount applications where relay control must sit at the tank.
Two-level monitoring through a smooth-cut hole in a flat tank wall or lid — no NPT port required — with the compact receptacle housing. Cut a 1.65–2.3″ diameter hole; the outer flange nut with dual O-ring seal (10-700-FS) clamps from outside and the inner flange nut (10-700-FN) secures from inside. Internal tank access is required when the bottom flange nut is used. Flange nuts available in PP, Acetal, or Kynar. Choose the 10-204 when your tank has no NPT fitting and a compact above-tank profile is preferred.
The 10-204 fully accessorized for turbulent or chemically aggressive flange-mount applications. Adds two slosh shields and the 10-700-WC liquid tight connector. When Kynar flange nuts are specified, this delivers the highest chemical resistance available in the receptacle flange group — suited for aggressive acids, solvents, and high-purity process fluids. Note: slosh shields increase the minimum distance between switch levels (BD) from 1.5″ to 3.5″ — account for this in setpoint layout before ordering.

Cut a 1.65–2.3″ hole; outer flange nut with dual O-ring seal clamps from outside, inner nut secures from inside — internal access required. The relay housing adds an integrated relay compartment and cam lock conduit base directly above the flange, consolidating switch, wiring, and relay into a single tank-top assembly. Flange nuts available in PP, Acetal, or Kynar. Choose the 10-207 when flange-mount installations require on-board relay control.
The 10-207 fully accessorized — the most complete flange-mount two-level assembly in Series 10. Relay housing, dual O-ring flange seal, two slosh shields, and 10-700-WC liquid tight connector in one unit. When Kynar flange nuts are specified, this is the highest chemical-resistance configuration in the entire Subcat 4 lineup — suited for aggressive acids, solvents, and high-purity process fluids. The 250% margin advantage of Kynar over standard PP makes this the correct specification for chemical processing OEMs with demanding compatibility requirements.
Two-level monitoring for thin-wall plastic tanks and lids — the fastest installation method in Series 10. Cut or punch a 1-9/16″ (39.67mm) hole; the 10-702-R1 pop-in receptacle presses in from outside and the snap lock O-ring seals to the lid for a liquid-tight installation with zero hardware and no internal access. Tank wall must be plastic (HDPE, polypropylene, polyethylene) and 0.062–0.078″ thick — material must be capable of slight distortion to allow the receptacle to snap in. Long leadwire is factory-spliced inside the receptacle for clean assembly-line wiring. Ideal for injection-molded OEM enclosures and thin-wall polyethylene reservoir lids.
The 10-208 fully accessorized for plastic tank applications where surface agitation is a factor. Adds two slosh shields and the 10-700-WC liquid tight strain relief connector. Outside-in pop-in installation and O-ring liquid-tight seal are retained — slosh shields pass through the 1-9/16″ hole during assembly. The preferred specification for OEM wash systems, chemical dispensing equipment, and HVAC condensate units built on thin-wall polyethylene or polypropylene tanks where pump cycling creates float-disrupting turbulence.
All models ship as complete switch sets. Precision nipples (10-715 series) sold separately — specify length 1–70″ in 1″ increments at time of order.
