When an application requires simultaneous monitoring of two liquid levels — high alarm and low alarm, fill and empty, or any two distinct set points in the same vessel — the 10-202 delivers both in a single outside-in assembly on a 1-1/4" NPT port.
Two 10-782 magnetic reed switches are carried on a single precision nipple, separated by the 10-700-S2 spacer that braces the dual-switch stalk assembly for rigidity and positional accuracy. The 10-700-R2 receptacle is the two-level version of the standard receptacle — machined with two exit ports to accommodate two independent switch wiring circuits. The 10-700-WC-NY connector provides a sealed wiring entry at the receptacle housing; in the 1-1/4" NPT two-level configuration, the port geometry does not allow slosh shields with outside-in installation, making the WC-NY the standard accessory for wiring protection.
Installation is entirely outside-in — the receptacle mounts into the 1-1/4" NPT port from outside; nipple and switch assembly drop in from above. No internal tank access required.
Polypropylene handles water-based, mild chemical, and detergent-compatible applications without corrosion or leaching concerns.
Precision nipple (10-715) ordered separately in 1" increments from 1" to 70". Both liquid levels are set by nipple length and the BD spacing: NL = LL − 2.20" (55.9 mm); minimum distance between switch levels BD = 1.5" (38.10 mm).

A float level switch like the 10-202-PP is a point-level device: a float rides the liquid and actuates a magnetic reed switch at a set height, giving a simple on/off signal — no power, no firmware, no calibration. "Sensors" usually means continuous measurement (ultrasonic, radar, capacitive). ERECTA SWITCH targets reliable discrete-point control.
The 10-202-PP is used for pump start/stop control, high-level overflow protection, low-level dry-run protection, and tank or reservoir level alarms in OEM equipment. The modular ERECTA SWITCH system is built into laundry, HVAC, water-treatment, hydraulic, and chemical-handling machinery.
Choose the material to match the media: Polypropylene (PP) for general aqueous, acids, and bases; Acetal (AC/Delrin) for solvents, fuels, and hydrocarbons; Kynar PVDF (KR) for aggressive or harsh chemicals. Every ERECTA SWITCH model is offered in all three materials.
The 10-202-PP is point-level — it provides a discrete on/off signal at a set height. For multiple switch points, use a multi-level extended-stem set (2-, 3-, or 4-level) instead of a single continuous sensor.
ERECTA SWITCH offers vertical top-mount, bulkhead, and extended-stem configurations, plus side-mounted single-point models. The mount style is part of the model number — select the configuration that matches your tank geometry.
Point detection is repeatable and mechanical. The trip height on the 10-202-PP is set by the 10-715 Precision Nipple, ordered separately in 1-inch increments (1″–70″), so you place the switch point exactly where the application needs it.
