The 10-203 brings two-level monitoring to tanks with 2" NPT ports — the correct choice for larger process vessels, drum-top fittings, and commercial equipment where a single large port must carry both a high-level and low-level switch.
The 10-700-AS adapter with integral seal bridges the 2" NPT port to the two-level receptacle interface. The 10-700-R2 receptacle provides two independent wiring exit points for the two switch circuits. The 10-700-S2 spacer braces the dual-switch stalk assembly, maintaining rigidity and positional accuracy between the two 10-782 switches carried on the precision nipple.
Installation is entirely outside-in — the adapter and receptacle mount from outside; the nipple and switch assembly drop in from above. No internal tank access required.
Polypropylene handles water-based, mild chemical, and detergent-compatible applications.
Precision nipple (10-715) ordered separately in 1" increments from 1" to 70". NL = LL − 2.20" (55.9 mm). Minimum distance between switch levels BD = 1.5" (38.10 mm).

A float level switch like the 10-203-PP is a point-level device: a float rides the liquid and actuates a magnetic reed switch at a set height, giving a simple on/off signal — no power, no firmware, no calibration. "Sensors" usually means continuous measurement (ultrasonic, radar, capacitive). ERECTA SWITCH targets reliable discrete-point control.
The 10-203-PP is used for pump start/stop control, high-level overflow protection, low-level dry-run protection, and tank or reservoir level alarms in OEM equipment. The modular ERECTA SWITCH system is built into laundry, HVAC, water-treatment, hydraulic, and chemical-handling machinery.
Choose the material to match the media: Polypropylene (PP) for general aqueous, acids, and bases; Acetal (AC/Delrin) for solvents, fuels, and hydrocarbons; Kynar PVDF (KR) for aggressive or harsh chemicals. Every ERECTA SWITCH model is offered in all three materials.
The 10-203-PP is point-level — it provides a discrete on/off signal at a set height. For multiple switch points, use a multi-level extended-stem set (2-, 3-, or 4-level) instead of a single continuous sensor.

Point detection is repeatable and mechanical. The trip height on the 10-203-PP is set by the 10-715 Precision Nipple, ordered separately in 1-inch increments (1″–70″), so you place the switch point exactly where the application needs it.
