The 10-205 combines two-level monitoring with on-board relay integration on a 1-1/4" NPT port. Where an application requires not just two level set points but a relay or control module mounted directly at the sensor — eliminating long wiring runs to a remote panel — the 10-205 delivers both in a single outside-in assembly.
The 10-700-H2 Relay Housing is the two-level version of the standard relay housing, standing 4.9" (124.46 mm) above the tank mount and providing enclosed volume for relay mounting, terminal blocks, or signal conditioning electronics for two independent switch circuits. The 10-700-S2 spacer braces the dual-switch stalk assembly between the two 10-782 switches on the precision nipple, maintaining rigidity and positional accuracy at both level set points.
Installation is outside-in on the 1-1/4" NPT port. No internal tank access required. The relay housing manages wiring entry directly for both switch circuits.
Polypropylene handles water-based, mild chemical, and detergent-compatible applications.
Precision nipple (10-715) ordered separately in 1" increments from 1" to 70". NL = LL − 2.20" (55.9 mm). BD = 1.5" (38.10 mm) minimum between switch levels.

A float level switch like the 10-205-PP is a point-level device: a float rides the liquid and actuates a magnetic reed switch at a set height, giving a simple on/off signal — no power, no firmware, no calibration. "Sensors" usually means continuous measurement (ultrasonic, radar, capacitive). ERECTA SWITCH targets reliable discrete-point control.
The 10-205-PP is used for pump start/stop control, high-level overflow protection, low-level dry-run protection, and tank or reservoir level alarms in OEM equipment. The modular ERECTA SWITCH system is built into laundry, HVAC, water-treatment, hydraulic, and chemical-handling machinery.
Choose the material to match the media: Polypropylene (PP) for general aqueous, acids, and bases; Acetal (AC/Delrin) for solvents, fuels, and hydrocarbons; Kynar PVDF (KR) for aggressive or harsh chemicals. Every ERECTA SWITCH model is offered in all three materials.
The 10-205-PP is point-level — it provides a discrete on/off signal at a set height. For multiple switch points, use a multi-level extended-stem set (2-, 3-, or 4-level) instead of a single continuous sensor.

Point detection is repeatable and mechanical. The trip height on the 10-205-PP is set by the 10-715 Precision Nipple, ordered separately in 1-inch increments (1″–70″), so you place the switch point exactly where the application needs it.
